Located in Surrey is this beautiful Mayfield Lavender Farm. With only a £4 entrance fee, you have the freedom to wander around this 25 acres lavender farm, taking photos and enjoying the beautiful field of purple. In this farm which is set up in 2006, you can treat yourself to some lavender tea and scone or browse through the gift shop for something to bring back home. This is one of the most famous and best lavender fields near London.

Famous for its amazing botanical treasures, don’t forget to spot the violet-blue gem among the colorful patches. You will find traces of lavender growing alongside the wall of Duke’s Garden and various purple patches around Kew Gardens, the 250 years old garden. It is one of the oldest gardens in the country.

These lavender beds are planted in the old English Kitchen Garden, in Mediterranean beds and also around the sundial which is located in the centre of the park. In fact, these bee-lover plants are situated not far away from the bee’s house where there are ten hives living in the Keeper’s lodge.
